Mary L. Fickel
Attorney
Mary Fickel completed her preparatory education at National University in San Diego (B.A., summa cum laude, majoring in Psychology). In 1999, she received her Paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego, California, with Honors. She received her J.D. degree from California Western School of Law, cum laude, and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2002.
Fickel was awarded the 2002 Diane Ethics Scholarship Award and Legal Skills Best Appellate Brief. She also served on the Advocacy Honors Board Trial Team/Appellate Team. Fickel spent 20 years in the United States Navy, where her assignments included a Recruit Company Commander; Patrol Squadron Seventeen; Sea Operational detachment; Operations Department at NAS Miramar; and the Aviation Survival Training Center.
Fickel lectures frequently on all aspects of collections law, including enforcement of judgments, enforcement of foreign money judgments and creditor bankruptcy law. She is licensed to practice in California, and is a member of the California Bar, the San Diego County Bar, and the Lewis M. Welsh Inn of Court.

Richard S. Davis
Attorney
Richard Davis completed his preparatory education at the University of Utah in May 2002. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he earned numerous NASD securities licenses, while working as a financial advisor for AXA Advisors. He received his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2008. Davis represents judgment creditors in both State and Federal Court.
